- Construction dust and debris after renovation
- Mould, pest traces or other biological contamination — requires an individual assessment based on photos or video
- A 100% guarantee of removing all old stains — some old stains can't always be fully removed
How the price is calculated
The base price for deep cleaning is calculated from the area and property type — the rate per m² is higher than for regular cleaning, since there's more work. The base price is never lower than the service's minimum price. If the property is dirtier than usual (noticeable or heavy dirt), a condition multiplier is added only to this base price. Windows, upholstery cleaning and other extras are added separately, without the condition multiplier.
