What's not included
The regular cleaning price covers the standard work listed above. The following is ordered separately as an extra or needs its own assessment:
- Cleaning the oven, fridge or other appliances inside — as a paid extra in the calculator
- Washing windows or glazed balcony surfaces — as a separate service
- Removing construction dust and debris after renovation
- Mould, biological contamination or pest traces — require an individual assessment based on photos or video
- Hard-to-reach high surfaces without safe access
How the price is calculated
The price of regular cleaning is calculated from the property's area and type. The base price is the area multiplied by the rate per m², but never less than the service's minimum price. If the property's overall condition is dirtier than normal, a condition multiplier is added — it only applies to the base cleaning, not to extras. Selected extras (windows, appliance interiors, pet hair, etc.) are added based on quantity. If an area needs an individual assessment (for example mould), please send a photo or video.
