What's not included
Initial maintenance cleaning is not a deep clean and doesn't replace one. The following is not included, or needs to be booked separately:
- Removing built-up grease, heavy limescale or old dirt — a deep clean fits better for that
- Cleaning the oven, fridge or other appliances inside — as a paid extra
- Washing windows — as a separate service
- Mould and biological contamination — require an individual assessment
- Construction dust after renovation
How the price is calculated
Initial maintenance cleaning is priced on its own, higher rate (higher than regular maintenance cleaning) because the first visit takes longer. The base price is the area multiplied by the rate per m², but never less than the service's minimum price. The condition multiplier applies only to this base price, not to extras. After the first visit, subsequent cleanings can already be booked at the regular maintenance cleaning rate.
