What's not included
The window cleaning price applies to a standard, safely accessible window. The following needs a separate assessment:
- Complex, non-standard or very large windows
- Very high windows or windows without safe access (e.g. from outside on an upper floor with no ladder)
- Complex sliding systems and frameless glazing
- Removing paint or plaster residue from glass after renovation — post-renovation cleaning fits better for that
- Booking window cleaning alongside a base clean doesn't include other maintenance-cleaning tasks unless they're selected separately in the calculator
How the price is calculated
Window cleaning is priced per item — one standard window (about 1530 × 1340 mm, with two opening sections) costs a fixed amount regardless of how many sections it has. Balcony glazing panels and mosquito nets are priced separately. In the calculator you can book window cleaning without a base clean too — just choose the number of windows and add other extras if you'd like.
