What's not included
The upholstery cleaning price applies to standard textile upholstery with normal soiling. The following is not included, or needs a separate assessment:
- Leather, natural silk, velvet and highly delicate fabrics — require an individual assessment
- A guarantee of fully removing old stains, odours, ink, glue or urine
- Assembling or moving furniture before/after cleaning
- Very large modular sofas and extra sections — require an individual assessment
- Fast drying — furniture stays damp for a while after cleaning, and drying time depends on the material and room conditions
How the price is calculated
Each furniture type (chair, armchair, two- or three-seat sofa, corner sofa, mattress) has its own fixed price in the calculator. Carpet cleaning is calculated by the accessible surface area in m². Since this is an extra service, the property's overall condition multiplier doesn't apply here — the price depends only on the type and quantity of items selected. You can book furniture cleaning in the calculator without a full home clean too.
