The move-in cleaning price covers thoroughly preparing an empty home. The following is not included:
- Window cleaning — booked as an extra in the calculator
- Construction dust if the home was just renovated (choose post-renovation cleaning for that)
- Bringing in or assembling furniture
- Cleaning the oven and fridge inside if the appliances haven't arrived yet
- Mould and biological contamination — require an individual assessment
How the price is calculated
Move-in cleaning is calculated at the same rate as move-out cleaning, since the scope of work is similar — cabinets, drawers and every surface get a thorough clean. The base price is the area multiplied by the rate per m², but never less than the service's minimum price. The condition multiplier applies only to the base price. Extras (windows, appliance interiors) are added separately.
